Abstracts for Clinical Evidence (ACE) Scientific Poster Presentation at Parker Seminars: Las Vegas 2025

2025 Call for Submissions:

Parker Seminars and Parker University’s Research Center are pleased to host the 4th Abstracts for Clinical Evidence (ACE) program at Parker Seminars: Las Vegas, March 20-22, 2025. ACE promotes knowledge translation by sharing evidence in a novel, scientific manner and in an environment that supports research engagement.

This program is prepared by an international team of clinicians and scientists that showcases research from around the world. This year we will be shifting from our iPoster, virtual poster platform, to a simplified infographic format. 

Please carefully read through the following information and ‘Submission Steps’ to submit your research.

Accepted topics include:

  • **Older Adults** – ACE 2025 Theme
  • Human Performance
  • Chiropractic
  • Neuroscience
  • Nutrition

Accepted research include:

  • First-time, original research
  • Encore presentation (presented at another scientific conference)
  • Prior publication (within the last 3 years)

Presentation types include (Awards will be presented for each type):

  • New Study Protocols
  • Case Studies / Case Series
  • Literature / Systematic / Scoping Reviews
  • Original Research (clinical trial, epidemiology / health services research)

ACE 2025 Theme: Older Adults

  • This year we will be highlighting work done in the area of Older Adults. This will include peer-reviewers and ACE 2025 booth attendees, who are experts in this area.

LIMITED submissions – We are only accepting 50 infographics – this is first come, first serve.

  • Don’t delay your submissions – the Submission Form will be closed when we have met the quota.

Abstract publication opportunities into the Journal of contemporary Chiropractic (JCC)

  • Only available to first-time, primary research. Encore presentation or prior publication are not eligible.
  • Abstracts will be required at the initial submission form due December 6, 2024.
  • Abstract publication in the Journal of Contemporary Chiropractic (JCC) by the by the start of Parker Seminars – Vegas 2025. 
  • Written abstracts are not a requirement to participate in ACE 2025.

ACE 2025 Submission Steps

1. Develop Infographic

Create an infographics displaying the most important elements of your research using programs like Canva or Piktochart. Visit the websites below to create a free account.

2. Complete Submission Form

Please fill out the above ‘Submission Form’ regarding your clinically relevant research. No full written abstract is required. In addition to your infographic submission, this form will also screen submissions for clinical relevance, ethical standards, and ask for presenter details. 

Peer-review teams will rigorously review infographics and presenters will be notified if their presentation was accepted, provisionally accepted, or declined for presentation by January 7, 2025.
