McAulay Steps Down; Board Names Zuker Interim President Parker University

The Parker University Board of Trustees has announced that Brian J. McAulay, D.C., Ph.D., stepped down as President of the University effective March 1, 2016. Dr. McAulay joined Parker in March 2013.

“It has been so gratifying to lead Parker during this exciting time of growth, and I have truly loved becoming part of the Parker family and its steadfast commitment to loving service,” McAulay said.

“The Board is sincerely grateful for the contributions Dr. McAulay has made as president,” said Dr. Oliver “Bud” Smith, Chair of the Board. “He leaves the University well positioned for continued success, and we wish him well in his future in higher education leadership.”

Fred Zuker, Ph.D., Interim Provost and Vice President of Advancement, will transition into the role of Interim President while the Board undertakes a search to identify Parker’s next president.
